I have often wondered what it would be like to be color blind. I would only want to experience it for a day or so. I don't want to be color blind permanently. I found out what it was like to be mute last week (I was silent for the week, didn't say a word.)

wouldn't the alternative to this be "NOT COLORBLIND?" what sense would that make?

Actually, everyone can see the text in blue and orange that says "I'M", but colorblind people cannot distinguish between the red/green text that says "NOT". So, to a colorblind person it reads, "I'M COLORBLIND".
